Bamboo fibre is made of cellulose and is being produced by processing methods such as steaming and boiling, etc. Natural bamboo fiber textile is extracted directly from bamboo culms, and completely different from bamboo viscose, which is produced by chemical processing.
The fiber does not contain any chemical additives. It has unique antibacterial, deodorant, coloration, elasticity, drapability, and wearability characteristics. Notable are also moisture absorption and ventilation. Because of its special structure and natural "hollowness" in the horizontal cross sections, the abundant gaps in the fiber can absorb and evaporate the moisture of human skin instantly. It is now used for knitted underwear, T-shirts, shirts, bed linen, etc., woven by machine.
For the moment, in China, only one company produces natural bamboo fiber on a commercial scale. Using natural bamboo fiber or bamboo fiber mixed with other materials such as cotton, ramie, various bamboo textile fabrics with different colors and styles are produced and exported to Europe and the USA. Presently, bamboo fiber based textiles are more expensive than cotton fabrics.

Bamboo Yarn
The bamboo yarn of us is produced by natural bamboo fibre, which is the extend of the green natural, both of them are belong to green products. The knitting, weaving fabric and garment which be made of bamboo yarn, have the evident different character compare to cotton and wood pulp cellulose fibre. It has the character of high strength and abrasion performance, good moisture regain and top drape, softness handle, cool and comfortable wearing ability, good dyeing ability, luster brilliant, and it has natural anti-bacteria. Especially blended with other kinds of fibre according to some percentage, it both can embody the other fibre's character, and can showing the character of bamboo fibre. The bamboo fibre have bring new feature for knitting and weaving and fabric. At present, we have being the largest client of bamboo fabric, meanwhile our bamboo products have been well accepted by the customers. We can produce the yarn of pure bamboo and blending from Ne 10 to Ne 60 (it can blended with Tencel, Modal, Polyester, Cotton and so on with any kinds and any percentage) it's the favorable choice of knitting fabric and underwear textiles.
Bamboo fiber and starchy pulp are made from bamboo that grows widely throughout China. Starchy pulp is a refined product of bamboo through a process of hydrolysis-alkalization and multi-phase bleaching. Chemical fiber factories then process it into bamboo fiber. Repeated technological analysis has proved that this kind of fiber has a thinness degree and whiteness degree close to normal finely bleached viscose and has a strong obduribility, stability and tenacity. It stands abrasion and possesses a perfect quality to spin. According to the examination of Chemical Fiber Products Examination Center of Chemical Fiber Industrial Association and State Cotton Printing & Dyeing Products Quality Supervision Center, the yarn and cloth made by this kind of fiber are labeled first-class quality in all aspects of quality standards. We have developed the following bamboo product.
- Bamboo Fiber Yarn
We have developed 100% bamboo fiber yarn, bamboo-cotton mixed texture, and etc.- Bamboo Fiber fabric
Bamboo fiber fabric is made of 100% bamboo pulp fiber. It is characterized by its good hygroscopility, excellent permeability, soft feel, easiness to straighten and dye and splendid color effect of pigmentation. It is also a new environment-friendly raw material that enjoys a splendid prospect for application as its predecessor wood pulp fiber (TENCEL). Thus it can easily applied in the manufacturing of underclothes, close-fitting T-shirt, stockings and etc in particular. Meanwhile cloth made by the mixed texture of bamboo fiber and cotton or other raw materials also boasts the same superior property.
